1. Definitions

Company: Vlijter Business Solutions, registered in the Netherlands.

Client: any natural or legal person using our services.

Services: all consulting, business, digital, or related services provided by Vlijter Business Solutions.

 

2. Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to all proposals, agreements, and services provided by the Company, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

 

3. Services and Use of Website

Services are described on our website and/or proposal documents.

The Company reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue services at any time.

The website content is for general information only and may change without notice.

 

4. Accounts and Security

If clients are provided with login credentials, they are responsible for maintaining confidentiality and all activities performed under their account.

 

5. Orders, Payments, and Subscriptions

Payment terms are specified in the invoice or agreement. Late payments may incur statutory interest and collection costs. Subscriptions or retainers renew automatically unless terminated in writing according to agreed notice periods.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, documents, and advice remain property of Vlijter Business Solutions unless otherwise agreed.

Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use deliverables for internal business purposes.

 

7. Liability and Indemnification

The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Liability is always limited to the invoice amount of the relevant service, or the amount covered by the Company’s liability insurance.

Clients agree to indemnify the Company against third-party claims resulting from their use of our services.

 

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with due notice as specified in the contract. The Company may suspend or terminate services immediately in case of breach of these Terms.

 

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Utrecht, the Netherlands.

 

10. Changes to Terms

The Company may revise these Terms from time to time. Clients will be informed of material changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
